ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT MATTER

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the specifications stated below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION

The basic features of the product, its price (including taxes), payment, and delivery information are provided on the order page and in the order confirmation email.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. If the Seller is unable to fulfill their contractual obligation to deliver the product or service subject to the order due to impossibility, they shall notify the consumer in writing or via a permanent data storage medium within 3 days from the date they learn of this situation and shall refund the total amount within 14 days.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its establishment, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to give written notice to the Seller within this period. In the event the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller shall refund the payment within 14 days from the date of notification.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• For goods prepared in accordance with the Buyer's wishes or explicitly for their personal needs
• For goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may pass quickly
• For goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the order date. The delivery period begins after payment approval. The Seller cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by the cargo company.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the value limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding these limits.
